Responsibilities:

The Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist will support the Finance and Business Operations Payroll Group at the Y12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

• Calculate retro paid sick-leave for approximately 2500 current and previous contract employees.
• Analyze and evaluate plans, programs, and projects, recognize trends and problem areas, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
• Communicate both verbally and in written form.
• Coordinate activities and task with other planning professionals and technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree with 10 to 14 years of relevant experience, OR...
  • A master's degree with 10 to 13 years of relevant experience.
• Must pass drug screening examination.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

Location/Work Arrangement:

• This position is on-site at the Y12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
• Work hours for this position will be Monday - Thursday 7AM to 5PM (10 hour).

Starting compensation for this role typically salary ranges between $73,900.00 to $79,500.00 annually is commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
