Boston Consulting Group is Hiring a Knowledge Analyst - Organization Design Near Chicago, MA

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill a Knowledge Analyst role in POP’s Knowledge Team with a focus on Organization Design & Operating Model. Acting as a direct sparring partner, you will work with consulting teams to provide training, analyses and research along all Org Design topics including operating model design, functional org design and benchmarking, org design implementation, etc. You will be expected to partner with case teams and clients as they diagnose structural challenges and seek to adopt more efficient and effective operating models and ways of working. You will also be expected to drive topic growth through creation of new frameworks, tools, and materials. You will become a true expert for all Organization Design & Operating Model topics and help us to improve clients’ performance via redesigning their organizational structures and changing substantially the way they collaborate.• Applying Org Design & Operating Model expertise to proposals and sold projects, taking different client contexts into account
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic; interacting daily with a virtual, global team; adopting agile ways of working
• Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
• Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
• Demonstrating flexibility, and a curious and creative mindset; being open to new things, and willing to propose and drive innovative ideas
• Navigating complexity and ambiguity, among both internal (practice area, topic team, etc.) and external (client) stakeholders

Master's degree relevant to Organization Design & Operating Model; 1 year of relevant work experience in Organization Design & Operating Model role preferred
Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a Organization Design & Operating Model role
Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations
Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
