Job Description:
As a Leasing Agent , you'll be at the heart of our resident and prospect interactions, ensuring exceptional service and aiding in the leasing process. This multifaceted role involves:
Resident and Prospect Service: Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide outstanding customer service at our bustling front leasing office.
Engage with prospects, address inquiries, and match their needs to available apartments.
Leasing and Sales Support: Gather information from prospects to understand their preferences and match them to suitable apartments.
Schedule and conduct property tours, guiding prospects through our available units.
Organization and Administrative Tasks: Maintain digital and physical office organization to streamline operations.
Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the team is well-prepared for efficient business operations.
Requirements:
