Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail shop. The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Duties:
- Supervise and train shop staff, including conducting interviews and providing ongoing training and development
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Coordinate with vendors for product deliveries and maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
- Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and inventory management

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required

- Great Knowledge on Cigars is a Plus but will train the right candidate.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting
