Boston Cigar Club/Tangierino is Hiring a Cocktail Waitress Near Charlestown, MA
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cocktail Servers to join our team. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering drink orders and food in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from guests and provide recommendations when needed
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and promptly enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate food an drink orders
Experience is a MUST!
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a Beverage Server or similar role
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest service
- Culinary background or knowledge is beneficial
