Job Summary
The Milieu Counselor will be responsible for:

• Providing psychiatric care for patients ages 10-17 years
• Managing safe and therapeutic milieu
• Participating in individualized treatment planning and implementation of plans.
• Utilizing interpersonal skills to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships.
• Facilitating group therapies.
• Working as a team player and functioning as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Rotating days/evenings and every other weekend with occasional nights and rotating holidays.

To qualify, you must have:

• Previous experience with children/adolescents with psychiatric, emotional and educational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
