We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee our company's transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles efficiently and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations
- Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
- Monitor and manage fleet expenses to meet budgetary requirements
- Oversee driver scheduling and training programs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, OSHA, and other industry standards
- Manage risk by implementing safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
- Handle regulatory reporting and documentation accurately
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in fleet management, transportation management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of compliance management and regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and OSHA standards
- Excellent communication skills for report writing and presenting information effectively
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of drivers effectively
