BossProStaffing specializes in staffing advanced manufacturing companies and warehouses in the Western Mass area as well as Northern CT as well. All of our jobs are no more than 25 minutes or less from our office location. Seeking motivated individuals who have a desire to grow with a company. All our jobs are full-time, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts are available.

Duties:

- Operate and monitor various types of machinery in a warehouse setting
- Follow instructions to assemble and fabricate products
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating machinery
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Forklift certification is a plus

Required Skills

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance of extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
