Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a healthcare administrative role, with specific experience in ambulatory surgery center operations highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
• Willing to travel between two locations.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
