As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking an ​IT Business Analyst and Project Manager​ to join us on our journey.

Role Overview:

​​Bose Professional is looking for an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to take a lead role in developing our technology environment. Having recently established all of our systems, this role will be critical in developing efficient processes, implementing system enhancements, and positioning the company for growth. The successful candidate will be comfortable both leading and executing, able to prioritize work and operate in a fast-moving environment. ​ 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Serve as liaison between Business and IT to analyze and execute projects 

• Lead the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing systems 

• Create requirement documentation, process flows, and training materials 

• Evaluate solution options and prepare recommendations 

• Oversee product backlogs and support Product Owners 

• Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges and needs 

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in leading projects using Waterfall or Agile 

• Knowledge in some areas of ERP, Ecommerce, Websites, CRM, Data Analytics 

• Experience with any of the following: NetSuite, Dynamics CRM, Windchill, SharePoint, Jira
