About the team Based in our Bloomfield Hills, MI office, the Engineering Project Manager (EPM) will be responsible to develop and integrate amplifiers into new and existing automotive Bose premium audio systems. This requires a strong technical background in project management of automotive electronics and on-device software. The EPM will interface with a cross-functional team, collaborating with Electronic, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineers, as well as Purchasing, Material Planning, Supplier Quality and Logistics. The EPM is responsible for communicating customer requirements and guiding the team’s efforts toward meeting them. They serve as the primary point of communication for both internal and external customers for your projects. The EPM manages schedules, track deliveries and milestones, generate progress reports, direct drawing and documentation revisions, and coordinate problem solving as needed. They will also be responsible for meeting all projects objectives including performance, cost, reliability and quality, and schedule attainment. About You You love engineering and project management. You will manage the complete life cycle of automotive amplifier applications. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Master’s degree preferred) Project Management experience in automotive electronic module development Experience in managing complex projects Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Demonstrated problem solving ability within a technical environment Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and strong initiative to execute projects with the right quality, on budget, and on time Bose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
