Essential FunctionsApplies effective presentation and facilitation skills using a variety of training and delivery methods.Design and disseminate educational material using approved software assets.Provides training of both new hire associates and existing employees.Records, prepares, and delivers progress reports for trainees including daily status report and end of training summative reports.Carries out proficiency assessments, knowledge checks and Associate feedback surveys; ensures formative and summative checkpoints are administered during and upon completion of Associate trainings.Assists with call monitoring, feedback, and coaching of trainees during new hire trainings, refresher trainings and any active trainings where practical work assessments are needed.Updates knowledge-based applications and reference materials as designated by Training Manager and/or Training Supervisors which meet current standards and process expectations.Facilitate refresher training when necessary.Take calls during downtime from training class and other ad hoc projects to remain abreast of current processes; act as ambassador to improve and provide solutions outdated processes.Meets KPI standards and Metrics set by Training ManagementRegularly attends scheduled meetings and workshops to improve processes.Continued education in Learning and Development aspects of the Training Function to enhance skills and keep abreast of industry standards and evolving practices.Performs other duties as required by Training ManagerSome travel may be required.Ability to apply for travel-related documents necessary for travel outside of Associates’ home country.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in education or business administration or equivalent work experience required.Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to implement these principles into a training curriculum desired.Clear and engaging presentation style; analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office design softwareAdvanced time management skills: demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.Strong attention to detailEmpathy and rapport building; Ability to be sensitive and inclusive with diverse participants.Ability to develop employees through positive motivation and training.Ability to adapt to change and innovation.Ability to relate material to participants’ real lives.Comfort and use of learning and other necessary technologiesAbility to meet participants at their level.QualificationsLearning & Development certifications or diplomas from accredited schools such as ATD, CPTM, CPLP certifications, a plusInstructional Design experience, a plus3 years previous contact center experience preferred, with emphasis on customer service training and call center systems, performance statistics.Additional InformationBosch Service Solutions is a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.
