We are proud to be the recipient of the Top Workplace Award among manufacturers, given by Energage, LLC, and a Best Places to Work award from Atlanta Business Chronicle.We are seeking a Paralegal in our Atlanta office who will prepare, redline, negotiate and organize sales, non-disclosure, dealer and vendor agreements, working closely with the legal and sales teams.ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with preparing, reviewing, editing and organizing documents related to various commercial transactions including but not limited to terms and conditions of sale, non-disclosure agreements, dealer and vendor contracts, etc.Manage annual renewals, coordinating with internal stakeholders to adhere to timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligationsEnsure that contracts align with company goals and objectivesConduct legal and factual researchContract management including organizing and filing of electronic and paper documents.Maintain and track legal mattersRespond to requests for informationAssist with special projectsInteract with all levels of the organization and external contactsCoordinate work between business stakeholders, sales team and legal departmentQualificationsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of five years of paralegal experienceMinimum of five years of experience supporting product development/engineering functionsPreferred Qualifications: Demonstrated technology and process improvement aptitude.Excellent time management, planning and communication skills required. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills-ability to interface with all levels of senior management.A high degree of integrity and ethical behavior – able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.Must be able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and team player.Experience in a corporate environment.Proficiency working with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong background in commercial agreementsExperience with Construction, Power Tools, and PT Accessories industries a definite plus.Experience with compliance with Federal Government salesBenefitsDiablo/Freud Tools offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes several medical, dental and vison plans to choose from, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA and Commuter FSA options, a matched 401(k), and paid parking.
