The selected candidate will work both with Development and Sustaining teams to develop and troubleshooting designs for WSHP systems based upon laboratory safety standards, building codes, and current market demands.Design, development of refrigeration cycles & testing of HVAC unitsElectrical Wiring Diagrams developmentElectrical components selection and evaluationDesign, analysis, and qualification testingUL & AHRI Regulatory (AHRI, UL, ETL)Establish validation, specifications, performance validation/test plans and reliability testingAble to understands the regulations and transfer the understanding to preventive actions or to validation programsProduct design and development based on customer requirements and current or future regulationsTest prototypes, write development test reports and document results according to company rulesOversee product development tasks including testing, assembly & manufacturingEngineering to Order (ETO) development supportElectrical issues troubleshootingExternal and Internal Customers supportEstablish/ trigger and follow up daily testing activities to deliver results/reports according to project scope, milestones datesOwnership to resolve technical problems or prompt response to address issues reported by our internal and external customers, escalate as neededMust work with cross-functional teams, understand multi-discipline needs (Engineering, Marketing, Assembly, Logistics, Purchasing, .etc.) and support them as neededAdhere to project management procedures & processes including audits safety & security protocolsTechnical risk assessment tools (FMEA, DRBFM) knowledge and experience QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 2 years of Engineering experience (professional work or internship) 1 years of experience with CAD (NX, Pro-E, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other packages)Preferred Qualifications: Preferred degree disciplines: Electrical and/or MechanicalAbility to develop basic detail and assembly drawings for products and equipmentAbility to perform mechanical design calculationsAbility to perform basic design modificationsProficient with hands on skills (cutting, forming, fabricating, brazing, welding)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skillsMust have good written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce - EOE/Protected Veteran/Disabled.BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives· FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology)· AWIM (A World In Motion)Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
