Job Title: Growth and Ops Analyst

Background: BoreDM is seeking a dynamic Growth and Ops Analyst with a passion for software and a knack for client support and interaction. This role involves working closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

SUPPORT

• Own BoreDM’s client support systems and processes
• Responsible for auditing and updating existing support content, and creating new support content, to support users through the rollout of new workflows and features, as well as questions
• Handle reactive and proactive client support
• Troubleshoot user questions and issues
• Be a liaison between clients and the product/engineering team for features requests and support issues
• Enable BoreDM’s automated support system to handle 90% of support requests

SALES

• Facilitate the qualification of leads and help support the movement of leads through the sales pipeline
• Play a significant role in creating, testing, and iterating different sales strategies and processes
• Assist in setting up BoreDM trial accounts, monitoring trials, and liaising between product, support, sales, and clients
• Keep sales and support collateral up-to-date based on product updates and client interactions
• Assist with account management of existing clients and account renewal conversations

Requirements:

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong time and project management skills
• Client-facing experience, comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding client and internal stakeholder expectations
• Able to work in person in Phoenix, AZ

Preferred:

• Experience in a software/SaaS company
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering, Geology, or Geotechnical Engineering

Year of Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role

Skillset:

• Understanding of software and technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new products and processes quickly
• Proficient in time management and prioritization
