ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Train Team member on all standards.Train Team member on Point of Sale System.
2. Monitor inventory levels and order appropriately and according to budget.
3. Knowledge of food menu and instruct team member on selling techniques.
4. Work with Manager on developing and controlling all budgeted costs.
5. Follow all Human Resources policies and procedures and complete necessary paperwork.
6. Greet and check with Guests to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Know and enforce all sanitation and safety guidelines as set by department.
8. Attends/conducts all department meetings and required Quality & Training classes.
9. Manage and control all area related to the restaurant service.
10. Manage and work side by side with employees to ensure the very best customer service.
11. Is responsible to assist with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
12. Carries out supervisory responsibility in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE:3 years experience in supervisors or assistant managers roles in restaurant. Management skill classes / sanitation certificate. Professional attitude, pleasant disposition. Ability to get along with others. Flexible work schedule. Dedication to profession.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Must be Serve Safe Certified.Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints. Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day. Have good dexterity in fingers, to be able to hold and manipulate product or machinery. Able to work in hot and cold temperature extremes. Be able to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull a flatbed cart weighing up to 300lbs.. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English

WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug free workplace. Work in casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
