Job Description: Maintenance/Facilities Coordinator Pay Rate: $23.75/hr. **3rd Shift position Company Overview Borderless Distribution DBA Reach is a global eCommerce logistics and strategy company that partners with some of the largest brands in the world to distribute their products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more. Currently a top 5 seller on Amazon, we boast over 1,150 global employees that span over 22 global locations, with 9 global distribution centers that sell in 60 countries. We are looking for additional support for our management team to effectively run our new conveyor system and leading associates through the exciting change. Current Growth/Changes at Reach Implementing a new conveyor system to streamline product in and out of the facility Borderless is in the process of a name change to Reach Logistics Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect and troubleshoot basic equipment for repair needs Plan repair work using available tools and equipment Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician i.e – Repairing drywall, painting, assembling furniture, repairing doors and other building fixtures Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities Perform other related maintenance and repair duties as assigned by supervisor Complete and close work orders, and check parts in/out from computer system Perform safety inspections on maintenance and production areas Create maintenance schedules; generate, open and close work orders electronically Learn basic controls programming and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs Troubleshoot and analyze root cause for machine malfunctions to include proximity sensors and photoelectric sensors, conveyor motors, stretch wrappers, dock doors etc. Read and interpret schematic drawing for motor controls circuits Ability to work independently and adapt to priority changes to maximize equipment availability Qualifications Preferred: 1-3 years of forklift experience Must be familiar with power tools and hand tools 1-3 years of experience with basic trades, low-voltage electrical work, plumbing, HVAC Must have outstanding attendance, and able to work a flexible schedule Must be able to understand and follow verbal or written instruction Must be able to multitask and prioritize work Must be organized and able to problem solve High school or equivalent diploma 2-4 years’ experience in light industrial maintenance Preferred: 1 years’ experience with automated conveyor systems, maintenance apprenticeship, and repairing material handling equipment Preferred: Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards Physical Demands Able to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours Able to push/pull, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits Medical PPO and HSA with employer match plan options Dental, Vision, STD, Supplemental Insurance plans Company Paid LTD and Life Insurance 401K match - Match $1.00 up to 3% / 0.50 cents 3.1% - 5% Potential for monthly team performance bonuses - up to $1.50/hr.
