Job Summary:
To operate and maintain heavy equipment such as loader, roller, paver, and screed.
All operators are responsible to: Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written). Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors. Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance. Extensive summer travel through the Dakotas
Excellent wages: $30.60-$32.65/hr plus $20.65/hr fringe. $350 WEEKLY per diem(covers housing) and full benefit package
Education/Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in construction field is helpful.
Highly competitive wages and benefits offered. Must pass urine drug test!
