YOUR PROFILE

YOUR CHALLENGE
In a growing environment, Boralex is looking for a Planner who will report to the Site Director. They will be responsible for planning the maintenance for solar equipment.
Your role and main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Set up and monitor the maintenance schedule, including corrective and preventive maintenance, and various projects;
• Help teams use the maintenance software;
• Monitor procurement with Boralex’s Purchasing Department;
• Ensure that on-site inventory meets management targets and operational needs;
• Take part in developing the budget;
• Work with Boralex’s teams to find innovative, applicable and cost-effective solutions;
• Monitor the sites performance and work with solar expert to perform analysis and find solutions;
• Help maintain clean physical inventory;
• Be on site 50%-80%.

YOUR SKILLS

• A Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any training deemed appropriate;
• One to three years of relevant experience;
• Good adaptability; and self motivated;
• Agility and keen ability to learn;
• Knowledge of a computer-assisted planned maintenance system, specifically Maximo (asset);
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite software;
• Power cator, power BI maximo (asset).

Short-term incentive plan (STIP) of base salary for this position: 20%
