We are a busy ophthalmic practice looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced team! BoozmanHof offers a full range of eye care services from routine vision exams to comprehensive medical exams.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcomes all with a warm greeting and smile.
• Quickly engages each patient, establishes rapport, and assesses their needs.
• Collect all co-pays, deductibles, and balances at the time of service.
• Verifies insurance and confirms all patient demographics are up to date.
• Follows proper protocols for scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures, and visits with medical personnel.
• Balances daily transactions, production, and processes end-of-day reports.
• Optimizes patient flow while maintaining quality and patient satisfaction.
• Handles phone calls promptly, patient’s needs are identified, responds to the patient in a friendly manner, and the call is routed as needed.
