Billing Team Lead

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Commitment to excellence in patient care and relations.

· Knowledge of billing/coding

· Utilizing billing and PM software to identify untimely billing and outstanding accounts.

· Maintaining and creating professional and positive rapports with referring practices.

· Generate revenue by making payment arrangements, collecting accounts and monitoring and pursing delinquent accounts.

·Confirming proper authorizations are maintained when required.

· Generate monthly and quarterly reports.

· Excellent phone skills and overall communication skills.

· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Delegation of duties when necessary to subordinate staff.

· Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
