Booz Allen is Hiring a Technical Systems Integrator Near Mc Lean, VA

Technical Systems Integrator

Key Role:

Leverage expertise in designing, implementing, and managing strategic, multi-disciplinary IT tasks and activities in support of the client’s mission. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Adapt a broad knowledge of program management methodologies, including communicating your program’s strategy and business impact to your project team and client. Analyze innovative solutions to solve complex problems, and mentor and supervise team members, as needed. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in management or IT

  • 5 years of experience supporting delivery of multi-system solutions for healthcare systems as a product owner responsible for managing and delivering system requirements, testing, change management, and risk management

  • Experience with managing the evolution of the user story and backlog items, including breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, and facilitating story refinement sessions

  • Experience working with a team of systems integrators to incorporate a variety of business, development, and operations teams to integrate systems, operations, and delivery

  • Experience managing communications networks to multiple audiences, such as client, staff, and leadership

  • Experience with strategy development through providing a shared vision, championing this shared vision by translating ideas into action, driving decisions, and establishing and meeting goals

  • Ability to manage team efforts toward common goals, working effectively with colleagues to apply existing and new methodologies to help address complex client needs

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree


Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with requirements gathering, development of wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum work environment

  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira or Confluence

  • Knowledge of basic business analysis, such as assessment of risk, strategic planning, and quality management and reporting

  • Ability to apply creative problem solving and solutioning

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
