As a Scheduler, you’ll bring your consulting, strategic, and tactical background to collaborate with thought leaders in live, virtual, constructive distributed mission operations (DMO) on projects for the National Guard. You’ll use your skills as you analyze, develop, plan, and provide scheduling support across the entire DoD enterprise.
Work with us to help assist in the development and de-confliction of technical and operational schedules in support of National Guard operations. You’ll ensure workforce and facilities are available and scheduled to support all requested training events, deconflict personnel assignments as necessary, and ensure maximum utilization of government and contractor resources. You will also maintain internal contact lists, maintain organization scheduling documents and tools, publish daily event support schedules, and complete external coordination with adjacent and customer agencies.

You Have:
5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office software and web applications
Experience scheduling facilities and services for multiple agencies
Ability to coordinate several events simultaneously and multi-task
Ability to work independently at times and make appropriate decisions under time constraints
Ability to communicate with internal workforce and external customers, including handling complaints, solving issues, and directing feedback
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
7 years of experience working with Microsoft Office software and web applications
Ability to gather requirements and transform the information into solutions that exceed client and customer expectations
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
