Quality Support Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Quality Support Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic Program Management Office supporting a geographically dispersed team. You'll provide overall quality management support, including conducting deliverable quality assurance checks against contract, program management plan, and component management plan requirements, including quality management plan, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guides. You'll gather and analyze performance feedback, support collection and analysis of performance metrics and Service Level Agreement data, and support overall quality reporting.

On our team, you’ll work with program leadership, task leads, and multiple stakeholders to implement quality management processes and tools and identify and recommend ways to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

You Have:

• Experience with conducting research, analysis, and reporting results

• Experience with organizing, compiling, and assessing data trends

• Experience collaborating with diverse teams

• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs

• Experience with consulting or government consulting

• Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions

• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Possession of strong organizational, task, and time management skills

• Master's degree

• PMI PMP or CAPM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
