Program Requirements Lead

The Opportunity:

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion and the importance of tracking and managing requirements. That’s why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis, diligent workflow management, and effective communication.

On our team, you'll work in a dynamic Program Management Office supporting a geographically dispersed team executing against multiple projects, all with varying requirements. You'll coordinate with program leadership and task leads to track all requirements and new work, support the development of execution plans, and manage plan workflows and approvals. You'll also draft SOPs and training guides, train task leads, and assist with forecasting the impacts of emerging requirements.

You Have:

  • Experience with data entry, database maintenance, data tracking and analysis, and reporting

  • Experience leading projects or teams

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs

  • Experience with adding new work to a contract or supporting contract modifications

  • Experience with project or program management

  • Knowledge of business processes and workflows to track program requirement requests

  • Possession of strong organizational and time management skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred; Master's degree in Business Management a plus

  • CAPM or PMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
