The Opportunity:

To operate effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, including through a merger or split-up, our clients need a management consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.

That’s why we need you, a senior management consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and use your expertise to guide efforts at giving them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a senior general management consultant on our team, you’ll oversee the development of an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll perform key responsibilities of the role, including developing a schedule of commercially available training classes and coordinating instructors, space, and marketing, working with technical Career Managers to develop and communicate a compelling technical career path consistent with the firm's Motivation Menu, and developing a talent strategy to integrate client-site-based delivery with factory delivery and rotating staff effectively across work locations and projects. You’ll document and analyze competitive business intelligence to help inform investment priorities and teaming strategies and work with business leaders to visualize and analyze data to inform acquisitions, strategy, and talent forecasts. You’ll also develop and track customer relationship management strategies for key customers and corporate partners.

This is a chance to broaden your experience in many areas of general management consulting while making an impact with your expertise.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 10 years of experience working in a professional environment

  • Experience in management consulting, change management, business process analysis, strategy development, or workforce planning

  • Ability to work independently on both strategic and tactical initiatives with minimal supervision

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in the Intelligence Community

  • Experience with leading teams and mentoring junior employees

  • Knowledge of client systems and processes

  • Master's degree
