IT Project Manager

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to advance telecommunications capabilities. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. You Have:

  • 8 years of experience working in a professional environment, such as project management

  • Experience managing teams designing or delivering technical, telecommunications, or weapons systems capabilities

  • Experience working with acquisitions and procurements with a government contracting office

  • Experience with assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives

  • Experience with planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs

  • Experience with conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans

  • Experience with serving as an advisor to upper-level management

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with developing acquisition packages

  • Experience with telecommunications project management

  • Experience editing, writing technical articles, publications, or presentations

  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences

  • Master's degree in Technical Management, Engineering Management, or Management Information Systems

  • Project Management Professional Certification

  • DAWIA Career Field Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
