Intelligence Operations Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Unit Level Intelligence expert on our team, you’ll help with functional management of intelligence programs. You will leverage your expertise and experience to advance unit concerns, translate them into requirements, and provide recommendations on how to organize, train, equip, and utilize resources in accordance with higher headquarters polices. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of intelligence policy development, guidance, requirements, tactics, and techniques for flying wings, Space and Cyber Operations units, Air Operations Centers, and Theater Air Control System units. Finally, you will inform all intelligence training allocation requirements and conduct inspections to provide oversight and visibility of unit operational readiness and compliance.

You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 7 years of experience with military intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance
  • 7 years of experience working with U.S. military and civilian leadership at a Headquarters level
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to manage, coordinate, and articulate issues for action by leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the PPBE processes
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
