Data Management Manager

The Opportunity:

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to manage timelines, scopes of work, data governance policies, and project schedules. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• Experience with managing dispersed teams and collaborating with top-level clients

• Knowledge of Agile processes in a data research environment

• Knowledge of data governance

• Ability to define scopes of work, schedules, and plans of action, to ensure the overall success of the mission

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Project Management Professional Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with improving processes and efficiencies in data and team management

• Knowledge of project management using Microsoft Project

• Ability to lead a remote team

• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
