As a data architect, you know how to apply your creative-thinking and analytical mindset to help organizations manage their data assets. We’re looking for a data architecture lead like you to solve complex challenges and deliver leading-edge solutions for the DoD.

In this role, you’ll lead the development of a modern data solutions team that helps to acquire, engineer, and govern DoD enterprise data resulting in a large-scale, data-centric platform from vision to production-ready system. You'll apply a wide range of Cloud technologies to lead the development of data integration pipelines, scalable data storage environments, application programming interfaces, security procedures, and algorithms used to deliver data faster and more accurately to decision-makers.

You Have:

  • 7 years of experience with data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance

  • 5 years of experience with leading business process reengineering, business process assessment, or business architectural development

  • 5 years of experience with developing highly responsive data structures, metadata capture strategies, ontologies, or data dictionaries

  • 3 years of experience with managing an enterprise data catalog for a large organization

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 3 years of experience with managing classified and sensitive data

  • 3 years of experience with leading data operations teams to develop architecture, policies, extract-transform-load data pipelines, and data mode

  • Knowledge of DoD enterprise data mission space and systems

  • Secret clearance

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
