Training Analyst

As a defense mission analyst, you’ll bring your analytical and technical skills, familiarity with DOTMLPF, and training background to work on projects for our Navy client. You’ll research, analyze, assess, and formulate plans to improve and support the Naval Warfare Training System (NWTS). You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes, using the latest techniques and methods in the Navy’s Performance Improvement Educational Resource (NPIER). You’ll impact the work we do for the Navy and the solutions we deliver for force generation.
You served your country as a seasoned “E7, E8, or E9”, now continue your mission with us. Grow your career with us as you help solve complex training, integration, and analytical problems for the Navy.

You Have:
3 years of experience with Navy Training processes and procedures
3 years of experience with process improvement
Knowledge of DoD AF architecture documentation
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Six or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with developing staff level policy and guidance
Knowledge of NPIERs
Knowledge of Perform to Plan (P2P) and development of P2P driver trees
Knowledge of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) model to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's existing processes
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical problem-solving skills
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
