As a finan cia l analyst on our team, you'll study the creation of a finan cia l management strategy to help your client's program succeed. You'll help project managers, schedulers, and task leads develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. You'll assist a team using laws, regulations, and policies to help the client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project management, schedulers, and task leads. You Have: * 7 years of experience with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), O6 Project Manager (PM), or O5 Product Manager (PdM) * Experience in providing program analysis support for all phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and Strategic Portfolio Analysis to review (SPAR) * Experience in preparing and supporting POM and SPAR briefing charts, Congressional Justification for President's Budget (PB), PMRT, CCaR, and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) formulation * Experience in recording transactions, and updating, preparing, and maintaining all business, technical, acquisition, and financial information in Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) using all required PMRT modules * Experience in coordinating efforts with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects * Experience in preparing responses to data calls * Experience in applying program management planning and execution principles throughout the project lifecycle using Government required tools and databases, organizing schedules, and assisting in administering supporting functions of appropriate meeting for discussion of issues. * Experience preparing Department of Defense programmatic reporting requirements, acquisition documentation, milestone decision documentation, and spend plan management * Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * Ability to prepare and update required forms, briefings charts for the Army Program Budget Briefings (APBB), and spend plans using Government required tools and databases * Ability to organize and support briefings of the Congressional Justification material * Ability to monitor and report on program execution status and issues * Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification by the Army Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
