Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.Job Description•Facilitate effective communication between child care parents and providers, conveying information and updates of the new child care management system in a clear and accessible manner including written and verbal communication.• Provide technical assistance to families and providers to utilize the TX3C system including fully and effectively submitting applications with supporting documents and attendance registration.• Plan and organize community events, workshops, and meetings to inform parents and providers on utilizing the TX3C system.• Provide information and referrals to families seeking assistance or resources greater than child care, connecting them with appropriate services or programs both within and outside the organization• Assists in developing informational material to improve interactions between Workforce Solutions and Child Care Scholarship (CCS) stakeholders.• Other duties as assignedQualificationsQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills. Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
