The Product Support Specialist is a vital part of ABM’s technology team, responsible for client-facing application implementation support. This includes preconfiguring/prepping the applications for both existing and new clients, conducting training for frontline employees, monitoring system adaption, and comprehending and presenting client data and its dashboard.
A Product Support Specialist collaborates with business line leadership teams to provide product support, ensuring the quality delivery of predefined IT solutions selected to meet business needs. This encompasses system setup, pre-implementation testing, training frontline employees, and offering implementation and post-implementation support for predefined IT solutions, such as Task Management Solutions, Work Order Management, and Client-Facing Dashboards, into new or existing client sites.
