The Part Time Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for all training of Table Games during Dealer School and during advanced training for our current Table Games Dealers.

Must have previous experience as a casino dealer.

Examples of Duties:

Will primarily be training on all table games during Dealer School.

Will provide advanced training for our current Table Games Dealers.

Observe all games and dealers during training to ensure accuracy of the game and game protection.

Coach the proper delivery and measurement of guest service by dealers to ensure consistency with core service standards.

Monitor training progress of games and ability to maintain appropriate game pace.

Develops staff, conducts interviews, recommends hires, trains, disciplines, and evaluates staff in compliance with all HR policies.

Coach the promotion of Players Club membership enrollments.

Teach the Internal Control System.

Adhere to gaming regulations and Title 31.

Assists with the safety and security of all guests and employees.

Required to take and pass tests related to Internal Control Procedures.

Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing & Gaming Commission License.
