BOOST is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as a full-time Contracts & Pricing Consultant. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our internal team, providing strategic and tactical support throughout the entire contract life cycle and offering invaluable pricing expertise to our Government contracts (GovCon) industry clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Contracts, this position offers the flexibility of working remotely, as BOOST operates as a virtual company. ResponsibilitiesCONTRACTS:
Administer a variety of contracts, including OTAs, CPFF/CPAF/CPIF, FFP, FPAF, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOAs, both pre and post-award.
Conduct external customer liaison activities, including attending meetings and leading discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on competitive contracts, sole source awards, and directed Prime and subcontract customer awards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
Prepare responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of full contract life cycle management experience in federal government contracting.
Minimum of 4 years of federal government proposal and modification pricing experience.
Strong knowledge of GovCon, FAR, DFAR, SBA, DCAA requirements, etc.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.
