Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling wireless products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system or cash register
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
