Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of district managers and store managers - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives - Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes - Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions - Drive sales growth and meet profit loss targets for the district - Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts Qualifications: - Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a district manager or similar position - Strong strategic planning and project management skills - Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives - Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Proficient in managing profit loss and budgeting processes - Experience in business development is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
