We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience. This position involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using point of sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Knowledge of technical or appliance sales is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
