Position Overview:

Customer Experience: Ensure customers receive a superior in-store experience, offering assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.
Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure stock levels are optimized and products are well-stocked.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the store operates in compliance with Boost Mobile's standards, policies, and procedures.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Implement training and development plans to enhance employee skills.

Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the wireless industry.
