Responsibilities:

• Calling Insurance Companies
• Calling patients regarding their medical supply needs
• Workflow documents
• Documentation review
• Medical Records review
• Special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to show up tp work everyday

Experience/Skillset:

• Good phone skills
• Flexible- enjoys working on different projects at once
• Understands the importance of timelines and client satisfaction
• Copes with change well
• Professional
• Good computer Skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft
• Accountability
• Previous Brightree experience a plus
• Previous DME experience a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
