Week of June 13th-17th, June 20th-24th, July 11th-15th and August 1st-5th

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises campers and ensures their safety and general well-being
• Organizes and leads various small and large group activities
• Knows and understands all emergency procedures associated with the camp program
• Tracks camper's dietary restrictions/allergies and ensures that the meals/snacks are distributed to them
• Mediates any camper's disputes
• Utilize appropriate behavior management techniques
• Model good behavior for campers as it relates to sportsmanship, manners and respectfulness
• Interact with parents in a professional and polite manner
• Represent Boonsboro Country Club with a positive and professional image
• Adhere to all various written standards of operations within Boonsboro Country Club policies and procedures

• Enjoys being in the company of children
• Leadership
• General mobility including, but not limited to, walking, kneeling and standing
• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to be outside in various climates
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older to apply

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Previous experience working with children (Preferred)
