Position: NAPA Warehouse Associate

Job Overview: As a NAPA Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient and accurate handling of automotive parts and products within the warehouse. This may involve receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping automotive parts to fulfill customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving: Receive incoming shipments of automotive parts, verify the accuracy of the received items, and ensure proper documentation.

2. Storage: Organize and store automotive parts in designated areas within the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory management and easy retrieval.

3. Picking and Packing: Accurately pick parts from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pack them securely for shipment.

4. Shipping: Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring that the correct items are packed, labeled, and dispatched in a timely manner.

5. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, update records, and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.

6. Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or issues.

7. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery as needed for the handling of automotive parts.

8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

9. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and management to achieve overall warehouse goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment may be preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Forklift certification (may be required depending on the role).
