Custodian Summary Title:Custodian ID:1020Location:Columbia, MODepartment:Administrative Description Boone County Family Resources is seeking a part-time, 20 hour/week Custodian. This is a new position answering to the Property and Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include cleaning the main office building to promote health and safety. The Custodian will follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules including but not limited to restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, storage areas, common areas, individual offices and workstations, all flooring and handling of trash and recycling. Custodian will also pick up trash surrounding the building and sweep sidewalks as assigned. Primarily daytime hours with one evening per week required.

**Qualifications:**

* Be at least twenty-one years old.

* Have a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate

* Have knowledge and/or experience in custodial work

* Have knowledge and the ability to use a variety of custodial implements

* Successfully complete, maintain and apply required training

* Have basic computer skills
