- The position is focused on conducting assessments only.
- Pay: $87,500.00
- Conducting comprehensive assessments for students who are referred for speech and language evaluations in school settings
- Administering a variety of standardized assessments to identify communication or language disorders
- Providing feedback and recommendations to parents and teachers about the results of the assessments
- Collaborating with other members of the education team, including teachers, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of assessments
- Keeping up-to-date with best practices, research, and trends in the field of speech and language pathology
- Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
- Current Texas state license and certification in speech-language pathology
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Experience working in school settings and conducting assessments is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
