WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Provides vehicular shuttle service for guests and cast members to and from the parking lot, the RV park, and the Hollywood Hotel.
• Responsible for off property pick-up at local hotels and airports when required.
• Keeps the interior of vehicle clean and neat.
• Responsible for the vehicle that they are driving, making sure that all equipment and accessories are working properly on the vehicle.
• Be able to drive any vehicle on property and fill in during peak times or when necessary with luxury vehicle and shuttle bus.
• Must maintain a valid drives license in the state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have drivers license on their person at all times
• Adheres all company, department policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
• Monitors parking lot and exterior areas and reports unsafe or suspicious activity to Guest Safety Services.
• Provides jump starts and tire inflation to guest and cast member vehicles as needed.
• Any and all duties as assigned by the Guest Safety Services Supervisor or a member of management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend sample instructions; short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write routine reports and simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed by uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course.
• While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The cast member is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hand and arms and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color and depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
