The Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for participating in and providing supervision of Lifeguards monitoring activities including functioning as a Lifeguard in maintaining order, preventing accidents, rescuing swimmers in distress, and providing training for the Lifeguards.
Oversee the daily operation of assigned waterpark attractions and develop, implement, and execute training programs.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK REQUIREMENTS
occasionally ascend / descend stairs, work at heights, kneel, bend crawl, lift / move 25-50 pounds.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Masks are required indoors per current State and County guidelines. Team Members wash hands regularly and sanitize surfaces frequently.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is currently required for employment.
