POSITION OVERVIEWThe ShiftLeads oversee the day-to-day operations of park attractionsand guest services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Model and educate Team Members on Boomers Core Values.
• Ensure adequate daily staffing levels and adherence to daily operational schedule.
• Manage shift scheduleensuring breaks and meal periods are provided in a timely manner in accordance with State and local labor laws.
• Ensure attractions are operated following standard operating proceduresand always maintaining safe practices.
• Train and develop Team Members ensuring safety is a priority.
• Assist with resolving Guest issues; make sure Team Members are courteous and paying attention to Guests.
• Complete required daily, weekly,and monthly documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous leadership experience is a plus.CPR/First Aid Certified(will provide training once hired).

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, push, roll and reach over shoulder.
• Must be able to work in an environment with high levels of noise.
