Junior Bookkeeper needed for small office in Nipomo on Mesa Rd. We need someone who knows QB Desktop and QB online for data entry, Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.

This will be heavy with Accounts Payable, Reconciliations, Downloading data from the bank and credit cards.

Applicant must have the ability to multi task and work on several clients.

We are a very fast paced office. We have a team of 6 people and looking for one more to grow into Full Time as we keep growing.

You know the following:

QB software, GL, Accounting knowledge

ability to use bank feeds for downloading data into QB

Ability to Reconcile bank and credit cards

Strong Admin skills in MS office and computer ability

Previous jobs with same skills and excellent references from previous JOBS.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
