We are currently seeking a Virtual Reservations Specialist to join our team and assist in managing reservations and bookings for our clients.
Job Description:As a Virtual Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of reservations and bookings for our clients in a remote capacity. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service throughout the reservation process.

Job Description:As a Virtual Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of reservations and bookings for our clients in a remote capacity. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service throughout the reservation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding reservations and bookings
- Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure availability and confirm bookings
- Provide information to customers regarding pricing, availability, and policies
- Assist customers with modifying or canceling existing reservations when necessary
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving to find satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in reservations or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus
